Here is a little story about an incredibly wonderful physician.
When I get the nursing students on their first day of rotations/clinicals, some are anxious, nervous, or scared. Not sure 
if they can make another semester or term of school. I have given them an extra credit assignment to watch this movie. It is about a man who seemed destined to fail. Poor grades and no real direction in his youth. He had a wonderful mother who worked what seemed endless jobs to support her two sons by herself. If you have an hour and a half to spare, do your life a favor and watch this movie.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this site or Facebook. The students and even myself have felt like our batteries are recharge after viewing.
