MONA treatment of Chest Pain /AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction)


The treatment for chest pain and AMI.  This does not show the order of treatment. It is just a quick mnemonic on the basic treatment. Remember that if the patient is having a right sided MI, the treatment will differ. In this case, we will avoid vasodilators such as Morphine, diuretics and Nitroglycerin as these may cause parasympathetic stimulation.
